Youth residents set out to raise £1,000 to help improve and update our local bmx track.

A group of youth residents and their parents have set about the challenge of raising £1,000 to help improve and update our local bmx track.

The youths want to make the track accessible to all and have the support of the Parish Council.

“We are a group of local children passionate about biking, I’m sure you have seen us around the village! Since lockdown mountain biking has become more popular, but did you know that the bike track by the hall is over 10 years old? As a group of friends we regularly get together to ride tracks. We have approached the Parish Council and they are keen for us to work together to upgrade this facility for the whole community to use. Please donate to this worth while community project”.

So far, £816 has been raised!
