Parish Council Vacancy

Farrington Gurney Parish Council currently has a vacancy and the Parish Council are seeking to co-opt a new member to fill the vacancy as soon as possible.

On average, the Parish Council meets 11 times a year on the third Monday of the month at 8pm at the Memorial Hall though at present the Parish Council are meeting remotely online.

Parish Councillors volunteer their time to work on behalf of their local community.

If you are interested in community matters and want to help make a difference we would like to hear from you.

This is an exciting time to join the Parish Council with a number of projects on the horizon where you can: 

Gain new skills. 

Have your say!

Represent the views of residents in the village.

Support and induction training will be provided.

Short written applications are invited for consideration at the next Parish Council Meeting. These should include any relevant skills, experience and interests along with your reasons for wishing to join the Parish Council.
